He has unique views on economics, trade, international politics, diplomacy, and strategic planning. He provides strategic support for some Rhodes Island operations. In view of the fact that his true purposes are unknown and he doesn't have the most cooperative attitude, it is advised that we maintain a conservative attitude in order to minimize risks when working with him.
