Copyright Notice Policy

CharHaven respects creators' intellectual property rights and accepts copyright notices under applicable law. The form also collects information commonly required for a U.S. DMCA notice, but its availability does not represent that CharHaven has completed any registration required for a particular statutory safe harbor.

Copyright notice contact: admin@charhaven.com. The web form below is the fastest way to provide the information needed to locate and evaluate a claim.

A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material on CharHaven with enough detail for us to locate it, include contact information for the complaining party, and contain the required good-faith and accuracy statements plus an electronic or physical signature.
