Billing
Monthly support renews on Ko-fi until you cancel it there. Yearly access uses a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. Review the amount, currency and recurrence on Ko-fi before paying. Include the exact account message so the payment can be matched; staff can investigate delays.
Upgrading
Changing your site tier does not cancel an existing Ko-fi subscription. Manage the old subscription before starting another, or ask us for help to avoid paying for two plans.
Season rewards
Supporter-only season rewards are included with Silver and Gold, so there is no separate pass to buy.
Cancel future payments
In Ko-fi, open Account & Billing → Subscriptions and choose Don't Renew for CharHaven. You can also use the Manage Subscription link in your Ko-fi receipt. Deleting a CharHaven account does not cancel a provider subscription.
Manage payments on Ko-fiMissing perks or a refund request?
Contact CharHaven with your username, payment date, amount and receipt reference. Please do not send passwords or card details. We review refund requests under our purchase terms and applicable consumer law. Keep your receipt and ask us to check a delayed payment before paying again.
Tips and membership
A general tip, including monthly support without a membership instruction, does not activate Silver or Gold and adds no Haven Coins. Use the selected tier's exact account message for membership. One-time tips are optional support.
