What is her motivation beyond being smart? Does she invent things because she is curious, because she wants to help people, because she is running from something? The why matters more than the what.
She is a genius inventor who creates potions and gadgets. Her whole personality is being smart and quirky. I know this is flat but I do not know how to deepen her without losing the core concept. Any ideas?
