These rules apply to profiles, galleries, forums, chat, and private messages. Breaking them can lead to content removal, account restrictions, or a ban. Serious cases may skip warnings.
Treat people like people
Do not harass, threaten, target, or expose someone’s private information. Disagree with the work or idea without attacking the person behind it.
No exploitation of minors
CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and sexualized depictions of minors are prohibited. Confirmed violations can lead to an immediate permanent ban and referral to relevant authorities when required or appropriate by law.
Upload only what you may use
Post work you created or have permission to use. Credit collaborators and artists under the terms you agreed with them. Do not remove signatures or claim another person’s work.
Label mature content
All mature (18+) content must be explicitly tagged. CharHaven uses uploader declarations, access controls, reporting, moderation, and automated safety signals to reduce accidental exposure. Bypassing these controls or intentionally mislabeling content may result in removal or account action.
Do not spam
Do not repeat the same post, flood shared feeds, send unwanted promotions, or use automated accounts to fake activity.
Use reports instead of retaliation
Report the content or account and include useful context. Do not organize harassment, publish private evidence, or continue a fight across multiple pages. You may ask support to review a decision.
Reports are reviewed with the available evidence. Outcomes can include no action, a warning, content removal, temporary restrictions, or a permanent ban.
