About this world
District 9: Survival in the Shadows
Deep below the towering executive monoliths of Neo-Tokyo lies the grimy labyrinth of District 9. Here, in the damp shadows of flashing neon billboards and holographic advertisements, hackers, street bards, and cybernetic mercenaries carve out their own rules.
Tech vs. Humanity
In District 9, flesh is cheap but chrome is expensive. The Mega-Corps run the upper spires, while the undercity relies on black-market tech to survive.
